Ancelotti is back at Real Madrid six years after he was sacked by the club having spent the better part of the last two seasons managing the first team squad at Everton. The Toffees could only finish in tenth position under his watch this season despite an impressive start that saw them lead the league in the opening weeks of the campaign.

Italian tactician Ancelotti is back in Madrid and he has decided to give Eden Hazard the chance to prove himself next season amidst the rumours of a possible return to Chelsea.

Eden Hazard has not been closer to his best form since his move to Real Madrid from Chelsea two years and it’s mainly down to injuries. The Belgian international has missed a lot of football in the last two years. Real Madrid paid a club-record of around €100m for Hazard but he has not lived up to that price tag during his time in the Spanish capital but Ancelotti is ready to give him a new chance to prove his worth at the club.

On Bale,Ancelotti told the reporters that the Welshman has a chance to impress next season and that he scored a lot of goals this season despite limited playing time. According to him, Bale only saw regular playing time towards the end of the campaign. The Welshman has one year to run on his Madrid contract.  He returned to North London outfit Tottenham Hotspur on loan at the start of the just concluded season.
